Prior to launching Perpetual Ambition and Perpetual Insights he was the Managing Director and US Board member with one of the world’s largest professional recruitment/search firms.
Prior to the corporate world, Steve took up an eight-year commission as a Royal Marines Officer. He has demonstrated all the leadership skills needed to motivate, train, and inspire commandos in camp, on exercise and in an operational environment. Pierre Trippitelli is the Partner and Board member in charge of Pi Executive (part of the Pi Group), an Executive Talent Advisory firm specialized in executive recruitment and leadership consulting. Mr. Trippitelli's focus spans across the Luxury, Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage and Consumer durables industries. While recruiting senior level executives for US companies expanding their international footprints, Pierre has also significant experience in helping foreign entities building out US businesses.
His international expertise and appreciation of cultural differences helps a wide scope of companies including entrepreneurial ventures, family owned organizations as well as publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies. Pierre is a French citizen born in Reims and received his master's degree in business and marketing from one of the top 10 French business schools, KEDGE. After graduating, Pierre ran various Business Units in Africa, Eastern & Western Europe. In 2006, he relocated to the United States with the mandate to develop the North American presence of a major European Executive search firm. More recently, Pierre has been through the Columbia Business School Executive Coaching Program and is NBITM certified.
Pierre now lives in Darien, Connecticut and is married to a lovely American wife. He is the father of two handsome and athletic boys. Pierre is an avid hiker who still believes he can keep up with his teenage boys. On top of climbing in the Alps and Hawaii, he likes skydiving, skiing and competing on as many Golf courses as possible around the world. Pierre is a advisory board member of the French/American Chamber of Commerce in New York and French Founders.

Lauren has a cross functional background from Procter & Gamble combined with career coaching experience at the University of Chicago. While at P&G, Lauren worked in account management, business development, strategic planning and public relations across multiple beauty categories including prestige skincare, color cosmetics, and fine fragrances. Lauren’s 9 years on the client side of the business, paired with her commitment to delivering excellent customer service, provides clients and candidates a best-in-class experience and most importantly - results. During her tenure at the University of Chicago, Lauren worked with candidates on building resumes, writing cover letters, systematizing a job search strategy, prepping for job interviews and mastering the art of small talk to be successful in networking.
Lauren enjoys staying active through scuba diving, skiing, sailing, and swimming, and loves traveling anywhere that facilitates any or all of these activities. She graduated with honors from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where she double majored in Economics and Sociology with a Concentration in Human Services.
