Every coaching engagement is uniquely designed for a leader and his or her unique context. The focus is always on achieving business results and addressing the most pressing needs.

Executive Coaching Process

Every Perpetual Ambition Executive Coaching process starts with an orientation meeting to gain commitment and organizational context for the coaching program. Once the benchmark is created, a diagnostic profiling in the form of a 360 degree assessment for each candidate where the skills, habits, interpersonal style, communication and leadership styles are all examined.

Executive Coaching takes place in confidential conversations spread over a period of three to six months. Our process assists the candidate in implementing tangible shifts in belief and behavior over time, while tailoring the approach to that person’s strengths, challenges and individual learning style.

Reports are delivered to the Company on the candidate’s progress throughout the engagement.
