    Steve Morrissey is the Founder and Managing Partner of Perpetual Ambition (a highly focused talent and career management firm offering Talent Assessment, Executive Coaching, and Career Transition programs) and Perpetual Insights (a highly focused Executive Search firm).

    Steve has an extensive background in talent solutions and brings over 15 years experience from within the Executive Search industry. Prior to launching Perpetual Ambition and Perpetual Insights he was the Managing Director and US Board member with one of the world’s largest professional recruitment/search firms.

    Prior to the corporate world, Steve took up an eight-year commission as a Royal Marines Officer. He has demonstrated all the leadership skills needed to motivate, train, and inspire commandos in camp, on exercise and in an operational environment. This background and training has allowed him to provide a clear vision, alignment, and transparency to better talent and career management execution.

    Cindy Becker is an experienced leadership and communication consultant and coach having worked for over 30 years with individuals, teams and organizations to improve their leadership and communication capabilities during times of change. As a coach, Cindy helps individuals identify their strengths to leverage and capabilities for development and then helps her clients build the capabilities to confidently address the business and career challenges they are facing.

    As an affiliated Executive Coach, Cindy brings her experience having worked with over 500 global, large and mid-sized organizations in almost every industry. Cindy has coached leaders at all levels of the organization -- CEOs through new Managers and High Potentials in every function. Cindy has her own coaching and consulting firm Your Core Confidence where she weaves her business experience with her coaching processes to take executives who are good leaders and communicators and help them become influential leaders with greater impact and significantly improved performance. Prior to starting her own firm, Cindy conceptualized, developed, sold, managed and delivered consulting and coaching services and held leadership positions at several of the world’s largest Management and Human Resources consulting firms – Towers Watson, Ernst and Young, and William M. Mercer.

    Cindy is certified in organizational and executive coaching from New York University and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in many assessments that inform her coaching including Social and Emotional Intelligence and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to name a few. Cindy holds a B.S. in Business and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She also frequently speaks and writes on leadership and communication.

    Lauren Rath is a Senior Consultant at The Pi Group, leading our career transition program, Perpetual Ambition, which is designed specifically for Consumer and Retail sector professionals with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging start-ups.

    Lauren has a cross functional background from Procter & Gamble combined with career coaching experience at the University of Chicago. While at P&G, Lauren worked in account management, business development, strategic planning and public relations across multiple beauty categories including prestige skincare, color cosmetics, and fine fragrances. Lauren’s 9 years on the client side of the business, paired with her commitment to delivering excellent customer service, provides clients and candidates a best-in-class experience and most importantly - results. During her tenure at the University of Chicago, Lauren worked with candidates on building resumes, writing cover letters, systematizing a job search strategy, prepping for job interviews and mastering the “art of small talk” to be successful in networking.

    Lauren enjoys staying active through scuba diving, skiing, sailing, and swimming, and loves traveling anywhere that facilitates any or all of these activities. She graduated with honors from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where she double majored in Economics and Sociology with a Concentration in Human Services. Lauren lives in South Norwalk with her husband, Adam, and their adorable Cockapoo, Dunkin’.

    Peter McDonough currently serves on the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive for The Pi Group – The Consumer Goods Talent Advisory Firm. The group comprises of Perpetual Insights, Pi Executive and Perpetual Ambition based in Darien, CT and New York, NY. In addition, he works as an independent consultant following an extensive corporate career leading international consumer marketing organizations. He brings innovative thinking to transform business performance from his experiences leading global organizations in industries such as Personal Care Products, Consumer Household Appliances, Power Tools and Beverage Alcohol. His success in leading a diverse portfolio of businesses over the past 30 years demonstrates his agility to quickly analyze new industry dynamics, strategically evaluate competitive practices and craft business plans leveraging new growth drivers and organizational capabilities. Peter is skilled in defining a clear vision and communicating business plans for success, prioritizing resources and engaging functional teams to break down organizational barriers that compromise focus and execution. He develops cultures that value accountability, diversity of thought and discipline for operational excellence.

    In his most recent corporate role Peter served as President, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer for Diageo North America. In this role, Peter transformed and built the marketing and product development organizations with new capabilities, a more focused strategic outlook and business plan that delivered accelerated growth and positioned Diageo as the industry leader in product innovation. As a member of the NA Executive Team, he played a key role in developing organizational strategy and growth targets for Diageo’s most important global region.

    With professional experiences spanning from his role as a university professor in New Zealand to his responsibilities as a C Suite executive leading global organizations, Peter balances his drive for building teams that are focused and accountable for delivering growth metrics with the need to foster an inclusive environment where each team member feels valued in delivering the company’s mission.

    In his diverse career, Peter has worked in six different industries and successfully led organizations on three continents. After teaching at The University of Canterbury’s Graduate School of Business in New Zealand, Peter relocated his family to Switzerland to serve as Procter & Gamble’s Vice President of European Marketing for Duracell Batteries and Braun Appliances. Prior to his overseas roles, Peter served as Gillette's head of North American Marketing where he led the brand marketing organization for the company’s flagship Blade/Razor and Personal Care Business. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of North American Marketing at Black & Decker where he was involved in launching the DeWalt Power Tool Company. Peter began his career after college working in a steel mill on the shores of Lake Erie as a management trainee in Labor Relations.

    Peter is an alumnus of Cornell University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business. He currently serves on the Board Of Directors of Providence Equity Partners’ Benefit Street RFT, The Pi Group, Effie’s Worldwide, Inc, The Splash Beverage Group and on the Advisory Boards of IgnitionOne Interactive Inc., Viridian Capital Advisors and SX Liquors LLC. Peter previously served on the RFT Board of AR Global Investments LLC and not for profit organizations such as The AdCouncil of America and The Children’s Trust Fund of Massachusetts.
